Academy Philosophy

The Purpose of Bullard Hardball Academy is to develop young baseball players.  Teaching them a system of developmental baseball with phases of progression.  Providing players with the building blocks to be the best player they can regardless of physical maturation.  Additionally, we seek to cultivate a culture of hard work, integrity and sportsmanship. The ultimate goal is to have every player in our program make their high school team and represent the Academy as student athletes in our community.
